As an App Marketing Manager , you will manage client growth end-to-end—combining marketing strategy, product recommendations, and business insights to deliver measurable results and long-term success.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Build and execute comprehensive growth strategies for each app client—including ASO, Paid Acquisition, Monetization, and Retention
Work closely with founders, product leads,



and CMOs to understand goals and translate them into actionable plans
Lead product-level growth consulting: onboarding optimization, paywall improvements, in-app conversion improvements, and funnel analysis
Analyze key performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention and optimize user journeys
Collaborate with internal UA, ASO, and Creative teams to execute growth plans and experiments
Work with ASO managers on keyword strategy, creative assets, and overall ASO roadmap to boost organic visibility
Partner with performance marketing specialists to optimize campaigns across Meta, Google UAC, Apple Search Ads, etc.
Use tools like Firebase, Apps Flyer, Mixpanel, App Tweak, Data Studio to derive insights and identify growth opportunities
Conduct weekly syncs and monthly reviews with clients to present results, insights, and future strategy
