Position Description:
The manager leads and manages corporate accounting, financial planning and budgetary analysis, board of director's support activities, the Treasury function and Finance Transformation functions for the entity and support ONESEA group’s consolidated accounting and other finance & accounting activities with managers in other entities under the group. The manager also handles the vessel accounting for the clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting processes, financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis specifically tailored to the ship management industry. This role requires deep/comprehensive knowledge about tax, transfer pricing, statutory accounting requirement and their overall process including but not limited to filing in India, solid analytical skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of maritime accounting principles and regulations.
Job Responsibilitie
s: Manage and oversee the operations of the corporate accounting (eg. bookkeeping, the monthly and end-year process, management reporting, budgeting,



periodical financial forecasting, and others as required) for the entity and its group companies (consolidation basis
). Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with regulatory requirements and accounting standard
s. Manage cash management and treasury operations activities including bank account management, intercompany funding, cash flow forecasting, and manage reporting with banking partner
s. Submit monthly, quarterly and annual GST, WHT, Corporate Tax and other Tax filing/returns by the stipulated deadlin
