This is a Paid Internship opportunity for beginners who have completed their college education for the role of Content Writer for e Learning course development. Do not apply if you are (1) still in college, (2) looking for Marketing Content Writer prospect.
At the end of the 2 month internship, based on their performance, the selected candidates will be offered a full time job with the company. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content on various topics including compliance, individual and managerial effectiveness that enhance retention and transfer
- Researching industry-related topics (combining online sources and studies)
- Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and identify the target audience's training needs
- State instructional end goals and create content that matches them
- Conduct instructional research and analysis on learners and contexts
- Write Voice over scripts and on-screen texts
- Collaborate with content developers,
and multimedia specialists to create engaging and learner-centric storyboards.
- Decide on the criteria used to judge the learner's performance and develop an assessment
- Demonstrated ability to use AI-powered writing tools both for ideation and refining drafts.
