About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Manager in our Gold Investment vertical. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven problem solver with a passion for user-centric design, a deep understanding of omnichannel businesses, and experience in managing partner-led branch/franchise models. You will work cross-functionally with technology, marketing, customer experience, and operations teams to build seamless and scalable gold investment products.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Define the short and long-term product roadmap aligned with Augmont's business objectives in the gold investment space.
2. Build and optimize customer journeys across digital platforms (web/app), branches, and franchise models to ensure a seamless omnichannel experience.
3. Design and continuously improve user flows across all touchpoints while aligning business and customer needs.
4. Develop user lifecycle models, customer segmentation strategies,



and personalized engagement journeys based on user behavior and intent.
5. Understand the needs and challenges of partners, franchise owners, and branch teams to build intuitive tools and dashboards that improve efficiency and engagement.
6. Integrate CRM systems for lead management, campaign automation, and personalized communication across customer segments.
7. Collaborate with the technology team to conceptualize scalable API-driven features, third-party integrations, and robust backend architecture.
8. Establish effective systems for capturing, managing, and analyzing user and transactional data to drive product insights and business decisions.
9. Work closely with marketing, sales, customer service, operations, and engineering teams to launch, optimize, and enhance product features.
