Job Title: Commercial Head/Finance Controller – Nagpur Plant

Qualification: Cost Accountant (CMA) / Chartered Accountant (CA)
Role Objective
: To oversee and manage all commercial, financial, and cost-related activities at the Nagpur Workshop Plant, ensuring compliance with company policies, statutory norms, and cost efficiency in all plant operations
. Key Responsibilities
:1. Commercial & Financial Managemen
t Monitor and control plant-level financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal guidelines
. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for timely processing of bills, payments, and contract settlements
. Ensure adherence to approved budgets and highlight variances to management
. Support procurement and inventory functions through cost evaluation and financial verification
.2. Cost Accounting & Budgetary Contro
l Prepare cost sheets, variance analysis, and cost reports for manufacturing, maintenance,



and project-related activities
. Implement cost control measures to optimize resource utilization
. Assist in annual budget preparation, monitoring expenditure against approved budgets
.3. Contract & Vendor Managemen
t Review and validate service contracts, work orders, and procurement proposals from a commercial perspective
. Maintain and monitor vendor payment schedules and reconciliation of vendor accounts
. Support in tender evaluation and price comparison analysis
.4. Compliance & Audi
t Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, and other applicable laws
. Coordinate with internal and external auditors, providing all required documentation and clarifications
. Maintain accurate and updated records for audit and compliance purposes
