Regional Sourcing Manager – Procurement
Location: Gurgaon
Reporting to: Global Head – Procurement
Role Purpose
The Regional Sourcing Lead will support procurement strategy execution through hands-on sourcing, RFP management, supplier coordination, and compliance support. The role focuses on timely execution, process discipline, and effective stakeholder coordination across categories.
This is an execution-focused role offering exposure to multiple spend categories and sourcing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sourcing Execution
Execute RFQs, RFIs, and RFPs across assigned categories and regions
Support supplier evaluations, commercial comparisons, and negotiations
Assist with vendor onboarding and supplier transitions during consolidation initiatives
2. Operational Procurement Support
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to capture requirements and define sourcing timelines
Ensure sourcing activities comply with procurement policies, approval workflows, and documentation standards
Track sourcing progress and ensure timely delivery of initiatives

Supplier & Contract Support
Support contract creation, documentation, and repository management
Assist in monitoring supplier performance and resolving operational issues
Coordinate contract renewals and sourcing events for expiring agreements
4. Compliance & Reporting
Support improvement of PO compliance and reduction of non-PO spend
Maintain sourcing trackers, savings logs, and basic spend analysis
Assist in internal audits and governance reviews
Mandatory Criteria
Graduate degree (MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred)
8- 10 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or commercial roles
Hands-on experience executing RFQs/RFPs and supporting vendor evaluations
Working knowledge of contracts, pricing structures, and procurement governance
Solid coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills
Willingness to work from the Gurgaon office and support multiple stakeholders
