About the Role
The Tax Manager will work closely with the US Tax team and various cross-functional teams. This role will collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and will be responsible for managing US tax compliance activities while driving projects focused on process automation and the implementation of best practices on a global scale.
What You'll do
Prepare and review US Domestic, State and Local Tax (SALT), and International tax compliance forms using the One Source Income Tax tool, including all supporting schedules, workpapers, and related tax return disclosures.




Manage internal teams and external advisors to ensure the accurate preparation and timely filing of US tax forms, including Forms 1120, 5471, 8858, and various SALT forms
Provide technical US tax guidance and partner with key stakeholders, including the US Provision team, Tax Planning team, and Regional Tax teams, to gather information and ensure accurate reporting.
Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and strengthen collaboration across teams.
Review complex workpapers, large volumes of data, and tax returns to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Review Book-to-Tax adjustments, consolidated tax returns, and prepare/review Reportable Transaction Position (RTP) workpapers and supporting memoranda for documentation purposes
Review state quarterly estimated tax workpapers, extension calculations, and estimate and extension forms.
