JOB SUMMARY

KEY RESPONSIBILITI
ES:
- Ideal candidates will be ideating the Concept / Campaign / Creative route. Brings strong creative point of view as well as extensive experience in incorporating brand strategy into campaign conce
pts.- Brainstorm and bring ideas to life alongside an art director within the creative departm
ent.- Use client briefs to conceive, develop and produce effective advertising campai
gns.- Write clear, persuasive,



and original copy for digital platforms. These include slogans, catchphrases, messages, scripts, and tag
line- Work on proactive ideas that put both the brand and the agency on the
map.- Great ideas sometimes don’t need briefs. Pitch, own and see through proactive ideas that can put the agency on the
map.- Ability to lead a diverse team of creative disciplines from Art Direction, Copywriting, Design, User-Experience, Visual Design and Creative Technol
ogy.- Ability to present the agency's creative credentials and design approach to prospective clients. Help identify and expand opportunities for creative excellence within our existing account portfo
lio.- Establishes best practices and processes for creative development and ensure quality is monito
red.- Presents and defends creative decisions to executive leadership and clients. Understands how to sell positive w
