Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute annual admissions strategies aligned with university growth objectives.
Drive student enrollment across undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs.
Identify new markets, partnerships, and recruitment opportunities to enhance admissions outreach.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and student preferences to formulate effective enrollment strategies.
Admissions Operations
Lead end-to-end admissions operations, ensuring effective lead management and conversion processes.
Establish and monitor admission KPIs, conversion ratios, and enrollment performance metrics.
Ensure seamless coordination between Admissions, Counseling, Marketing, Academics, and Operations teams.
Implement best practices and technology-driven solutions to improve admission efficiency and student experience.
Team Management
Lead, mentor, and develop admissions managers, regional teams, counselors, and support staff.
Drive a high-performance culture through regular reviews, coaching, and capability-building initiatives.




Set performance goals and monitor team productivity to ensure target achievement.
Business Development & Outreach
Build strategic relationships with schools, coaching institutes, corporates, government bodies, and educational partners.
Represent the university at education fairs, conferences, seminars, and industry forums.
Strengthen brand visibility and market penetration across assigned territories.
Analytics & Reporting
Analyze admissions data, market trends, and conversion metrics to support decision-making.
Prepare and present enrollment forecasts, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Optimize resource allocation and recruitment investments to maximize admissions outcomes.

Master's degree in Management, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
