We are hiring an AI Lead who is highly hands-on and can rapidly convert ideas into working prototypes. This role will drive the technical execution of AI pilots, including building pipelines, integrating LLMs, and delivering scalable solutions
. Experience
9-14 years of experience
Strong hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering and backend development
Key Responsibilitie
s Design and build AI pipelines, agents, and workflow
s Develop backend services and APIs for AI application
s Create quick UI demos and prototypes for validatio
n Integrate LLMs, APIs, and enterprise data source
s Lead technical execution of AI pilots and POC




s Collaborate with Pod Leads to translate requirements into working system

s Strong proficiency in Pytho
n Experience with Fast API / Flas
k Hands-on with Lang Graph / Crew AI (or similar agent frameworks
)Experience building RAG pipelines and working with vector database
s Solid understanding of prompt engineering and LLM orchestratio
