Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Institutional Equity Sales professional to join our Institutional Equities team. The role involves developing and managing relationships with domestic and foreign institutional investors, driving client engagement, facilitating investment ideas generated by the research team, and supporting the growth of the institutional business.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong track record in institutional equity sales, deep understanding of Indian capital markets, excellent client relationship management skills, and the ability to effectively communicate investment strategies and market insights to sophisticated investors.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage relationships with domestic and foreign institutional investors, including mutual funds, insurance companies, PMS, AIFs, and FIIs.
Act as the primary point of contact for institutional clients, understanding their investment preferences and requirements.
Market investment ideas, stock recommendations, and thematic views generated by the research team.
Coordinate meetings between institutional investors and company management teams through corporate access initiatives.
Organize and participate in investor conferences, non-deal roadshows, analyst interactions, and client events.
