Think Design is seeking a Commercial Design Analyst to join our office in Bengaluru. As a commercial Design Analyst you will be responsible for conducting UX research like business analysis of the Design, monitoring sales performance, stock levels, and financial results, while supporting commercial planning and forecasting activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced business environment while maintaining high levels of accuracy and collaboration
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze sales performance, business trends, and commercial data to support business decisions
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and risks
- Understand customer preferences and business needs to support commercial strategies and growth initiatives
- Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for management review
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and commercial planning activities




- Track key business KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve performance
- Coordinate with sales, finance, operations, and customer service teams to ensure smooth commercial operations
- Support order management, inventory tracking, and overall business process efficiency
Qualification:
- 5 years’ experience in commercial roles
- A Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Business or a related field
- Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- The drive to meet and exceed goals and standards of excellence, and to continuously improve performance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to provide transparent, timely, and accurate communication and reporting
- A high sense of team spirit with strong interpersonal skills
