We are hiring a Specialist, Accounting Operations, to support lease expense activities across multiple regions. This entry-level role is part of the Market Finance team and reports to the Supervisor, Accounting Operations.



The Specialist will help maintain accurate lease expense records, assist with financial reporting, and support day-to-day transaction processing. They’ll work closely with internal systems and teams to ensure data accuracy and timely execution of tasks.
The candidate is expected to reside in Hyderabad, India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine lease transaction activities, including scheduling and processing lease payments.
- Prepare basic expense reports and summaries using standard templates for internal teams.
- Assist with maintaining general ledger (GL) information related to lease payments.
- Review and process lease expense contracts, escalating questions or issues as needed.
- Support day-to-day coordination with cross Functional teams during regular operations and month end close.
- Help track workload and volumes and provide support during peak periods.
- Identify and report system issues or errors and assist with testing system enhanceme
