Incredi Pets is hiring a hands-on Meta Ads Specialist to own paid performance end-to-end - someone who can create ad content, run every campaign type (awareness, traffic, engagement, leads, sales/conversions, app), and structure and run continuous tests to find what works. This is a core, do-it-yourself operator role, in office at our Gurugram office.
Compensation: INR 70,000-80,000 per month.
What you'll do
- Plan, build and run Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns across all objectives
- - Create and iterate ad creative and copy; brief and produce content for tests
- - Design and run A/B and structured experiments (audiences, creative, placements, bidding)
- - Own setup and hygiene: Ads Manager, Business Manager, Pixel/CAPI, Events Manager
- - Track,



report and optimise to CAC/ROAS and lead-quality targets
Must-have
- 3-6 years hands-on Meta Ads experience (in-house or agency)
- - Proven across multiple campaign objectives, not just one
- - Strong with Ads Manager, Business Manager, Pixel, CAPI, Events Manager
- - Comfortable creating and iterating ad content and running tests
- - Based in or willing to relocate to Gurugram (on-site)
Preferred
- D2 C, services, or local-business marketing experience
- - Familiarity with Google Ads, You Tube, or other paid channels
- - Has scaled a brand from early stage
