Job Summary:
We are looking for an NPD Project Manager to lead end-to-end recent product development and innovation initiatives across skincare, personal care, and beauty categories. The role will be responsible for driving product launches from concept to commercialization, coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing timelines, vendor partnerships, packaging development, regulatory compliance,



and ensuring successful project execution in a fast-paced D2 C/FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end NPD projects from concept, formulation, packaging development, testing, and commercialization.
• Drive innovation and identify new product opportunities through market research, consumer insights, and competitive benchmarking.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and stage-gate processes.
• Collaborate closely with R&D;, Procurement, Supply Chain, Packaging, Regulatory, Marketing, and Operations teams.
• Manage packaging development, artwork approvals, and labeling compliance.
• Coordinate raw material sourcing, vendor onboarding, and supplier performance management.
• Ensure timely availability of packaging materials and raw materials to support product launches.
• Monitor project risks and implement mitigation plans to avoid delays.
