Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Liaisoning role located in Raurkela. The Liaisoning Officer will be responsible for managing relationships with government departments, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal and organizational requirements. Tasks include preparing and submitting documentation, assisting in obtaining necessary licenses and clearances, addressing regulatory concerns, and fostering mutually beneficial relationships with external entities.



The role also involves frequent communication and coordination with internal teams to meet operational requirements.
Qualifications
- Robust communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills for managing relationships with external stakeholders and regulatory bodies
- Proficiency in documentation and record-keeping, with attention to detail and an understanding of regulatory processes
- Ability to conduct research and stay updated on industry regulations, policies, and guidelines
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills for resolving compliance-related issues efficiently
- Experience in liaising with government authorities and departments is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of applicable legal and regulatory frameworks governing the chemical industry is an advantage
- Proficiency in local language(s) is an added benefit
