Key Responsibilities:
Location-wise Forecasting:
Maintain accurate location-wise availability.
Analyse historical data and market trends to improve forecasting accuracy.
Hub & Manufacturing Stock Tracking:
Monitor and track inventory levels at hubs.
Ensure timely replenishment of stock to avoid shortages.
Pending Order Management:
Track and manage pending orders at CFAs.
Coordinate with relevant departments to expedite order fulfilment.
Shortage Tracking:
Identify and track product shortages at CFAs and hubs.
Implement corrective actions to mitigate shortages.
Coordination with Marketing:
Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain RSP alignment and address additional RSP requirements.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and successful execution.
Inventory Management:
Manage inventory levels at CFAs and hubs to optimize stock availability.
MIS Reporting:
Utilize advanced Excel functionalities (e.g., pivot tables, macros, VBA) to analyse data and generate reports.
Prepare and present MIS reports/presentations for monthly review meetings.
Conduct data analysis and reporting.
Demonstrate robust presentation skills.
Logistics Coordination:
Coordinate with the logistics team for timely delivery.
Skills:
Excellent knowledge in Excel and presentation.
Forecasting and demand planning.
Inventory management.
Data analysis and reporting.
Coordination and communication with marketing, demand, warehouse, and logistics teams.
Problem-solving and decision-making.
Personal Attributes:
