Palo Alto Networks is looking for a HR Operations Specialist to work on the HR Connect Team, supporting India HR Projects. This position will report to Shanti Nallacheruvu and is a great opportunity for a talented individual who has the desire to associate with a fast-growing company in a truly international environment.

Build strong relationships with other HR teams to coordinate workflow, processes, and communication with key stakeholders; ensure seamless hand-off of processes and deliverables
Support multiple and concurrent ad hoc requests and regional projects for getting our HR Operations team, future ready.
Provide employees with exceptional service regarding Tier 0 and Tier 1 HR related inquiries through
Manages and provides early intervention and support for the resolution to issues as they are identified and helps to implement long-term solutions.
Perform other HR operational service delivery activities and tasks such as data entry, employment verification requests, coordination with payroll, and overall maintenance of employee records, ensuring data integrity and other tasks as assigned
