Position Overview:
The Supply Chain Manager will lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, vendor management, inventory planning, logistics, and global hardware readiness.
This role requires deep expertise in global supply chain management, including international procurement, logistics, customs, and hardware deployment across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage supply chain strategies that support rapid growth and global expansion.
Own procurement for hardware, gateways, sensors, meters and installation materials.




Manage supplier relationships and negotiate pricing, lead times, and purchasing terms.
Oversee inventory planning, stock levels, reorder points, and safety stock strategies.
Own and optimize global supply chain strategy across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, Latin America, and the Middle East.
Develop scalable processes for international procurement, freight coordination, customs clearance, and cross-border hardware movement.
Manage global shipping operations including vendor shipments, warehouse transfers, customer deliveries, and installer deployment logistics.
Ensure compliance with country-specific import/export requirements, customs regulations, duties, taxes, and documentation requirements.
Build strategies to mitigate global supply chain risks including lead time variability, regional restrictions, customs delays, and hardware shortages.
