Senior Product Designer
Overview
Kantata is building modern software for the professional services industry.
We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer to craft end-to-end design for high-impact areas of our
platform. Your work will impact every end user of Kantata.
You will define core product experiences, introduce AI-driven capabilities into real workflows,
and improve how complex systems are structured, understood, and used.
Initial focus areas may include Resource Management and our emerging Agentic Platform.
The Role
● Own end-to-end design (problem framing → shipped experience)
● Partner with PM to define problems, shape solutions, and sequence work
● Work with Engineering to deliver scalable, well-executed solutions
● Improve coherence across interaction design, IA, and system behavior
