Position Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Delta V Automation Engineer with solid experience in designing, implementing, and supporting Emerson Delta V Distributed Control Systems (DCS) within GMP-regulated manufacturing environments.
The ideal candidate will possess expertise in batch process automation, system configuration, troubleshooting, validation, and lifecycle project support within pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and maintain Emerson Delta V DCS and Batch automation systems.
Develop and modify control modules, equipment modules, phase logic, batch recipes, and HMI graphics.
Design and implement ISA-88 compliant batch automation solutions.
Support automation projects through requirements gathering, design,



configuration, testing, commissioning, and startup activities.
Troubleshoot and optimize manufacturing process control systems to improve reliability and efficiency.
Develop and maintain automation and validation documentation including URS, FS, DS, IQ, OQ, FAT, and SAT protocols.
Support integrations with PLCs, MES, historians, and third-party manufacturing systems.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Validation, Quality, and IT teams to ensure compliant and reliable operations.
Participate in Delta V migrations, upgrades, remediation efforts, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with c GMP, GAMP 5, and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
5+ years of hands-on experience with Emerson Delta V systems.
Strong expertise in Delta V DCS configura
