Role Overview
As a Senior Video Editor, you will take full ownership of video content creation—from ideation to final delivery. You will set a high standard for video deliverables, lead a small creative team, and ensure our content consistently resonates with audiences across platforms.
You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to craft digital experiences that reflect our brand’s authenticity and creativity.
Objectives of the Role
Set a high creative and technical bar for all video marketing deliverables
Maintain consistency and quality in daily content production
Strengthen social media and marketing strategies through compelling video storytelling
Continuously identify and implement process improvements in video editing workflows
Produce content tailored to diverse audiences and multiple platforms
Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and best practices in video marketing and editing
Key Responsibilities




Edit both short-form and long-form videos for social media, website, and campaign use
Lead and mentor a small creative team (1–2 members), ensuring timely delivery and creative excellence
Ideate, storyboard, and execute recent video concepts aligned with brand goals
Ensure all videos adhere to brand guidelines and marketing objectives
Incorporate creative feedback from stakeholders efficiently while maintaining artistic integrity
Deliver high-impact visual and digital experiences that elevate customer engagement
Review projects to ensure brand authenticity and consistency across all visual outputs
Skills and Qualifications
Proficiency in Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and related video editing software
Strong sense of visual composition, pacing, and storytelling
Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify captivating shots
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Solid understanding of editing principl
