About the Role
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Team Leader to join our Business Operation teams overseeing Insurance claims Litigation charter and play a pivotal role in managing complex legal matters and ensuring operational excellence
As the Team Leader – Insurance Operations & Litigation, you will be responsible for managing Health Claims Ombudsman cases & other litigation matters. You will ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders,



and optimize day-to-day operations. Additionally, you will contribute to insurance operations, including policy management, customer service, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
Case & Litigation Management : Manage insurance disputes referred to the Ombudsman & any legal forum, ensuring compliance with regulatory timelines. Represent the company in hearings, preparing legal documents (SCNs, responses, etc.) and presenting arguments
Legal & Strategic Guidan ce: Provide legal observations and learning on Ombudsman-related matters and collaborate with internal teams (Claims, Legal, Compliance) for accurate case handling
Compliance & Reporting : Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards, staying informed about industry regulations. Generate reports on litigation matters providing insights into operational performance and KPIs
Data Management: Maintain comprehensive & accurate records
