This person will serve at the Control room of Yulu and be a part of the Monitoring team taking care of the day-to-day operations of the Yulu bikes at the field. They will also come up with a way to implement/strategize recent operational processes to improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Running day-to-day operations and implementing the strategy for the City Operations.
Understand every process deeply and implement new processes for optimization and increasing efficiency
Coordinating & leading with the field team and constantly evaluating the field operations, implementing the standard operating procedures (SOPs), taking corrective actions, and strengthening the position of Yulu
Drive projects to maximize the quality of bikes available in the field
Understand repair & maintenance and innovate solutions for the proactive maintenance of bikes on the road.
Will be part of the control room team to drive operational efficiency on the ground
