Role Context
This role is required for the Cloud and Digital Practice. The person should bring familiarity with areas such as Cloud, Full Stack Engineering, SRE, Cybersecurity, and related digital engineering capabilities. Prior experience in solutioning for customer requirements in these areas will be significant.
The person should also appreciate the role of AI in modern engineering and delivery contexts. Working knowledge of AI-led or AI-enabled solutions will be preferred, though not mandatory. The key expectation is that this person should be able to speak with customers, understand requirements quickly, work with internal and external SMEs, and turn around practical, feasible solutions in a very short time.
In addition to solutioning, the person must ensure seamless delivery by coordinating with mentors, SMEs, operations, sales, and customer stakeholders. The role is execution-focused and is expected to bring speed, structure, ownership, and closure across the requirement-to-delivery cycle.
