Job Title: Manager – Business Finance

Reporting To: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven finance professional to join our Business Finance team. The role will partner closely with business leaders and be responsible for driving revenue assurance, MIS reporting, financial governance and the Order-to-Cash (O2 C) process for a business unit. This is a high-visibility role requiring strong analytical capabilities, commercial acumen and the ability to work cross-functionally in a quick-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Business Finance & MIS
Own end-to-end MIS for the assigned business unit, including monthly financial reporting, dashboards, and management presentations.
Deliver actionable insights on revenue, margins, utilization, profitability, working capital, and key business KPIs.
Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and business planning exercises.
Partner with business leaders to drive financial performance and decision-making.
Revenue Recognition & Order-to-Cash (O2 C)




Manage the complete Order-to-Cash lifecycle, including contract review, billing governance, collections tracking, and revenue recognition.
Ensure revenue recognition is compliant with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
Drive process improvements to enhance billing accuracy, reduce revenue leakages, and improve cash collections.
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, PMO, and Shared Services to ensure seamless execution of O2 C processes.
Audit & Financial Governance
Lead statutory and internal audit engagements relating to revenue, receivables, contracts, and O2 C processes.
Liaise with Big 4 auditors to provide revenue assurance and address audit queries.
Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting policies and financial governance standards.
Identify process gaps and implement robust control mechanisms.
