About the Role:
As Director of Analytics, you will partner closely with the Founder, Product, Engineering, Operations and Business teams to drive strategic decision-making through data. You will be responsible for defining the company's analytics vision, building & nurturing a high-performing team, conceptualizing and implementing measurement frameworks most relevant to the business and uncover insights that accelerate Goodscore, improve customer experience and drive business outcomes at scale.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Business & Product Impact - Define and own company-wide metrics, dashboards,performance reporting and drive insights across key business vectors and customer lifecycle. Partner with Product and Growth teams to identify opportunities and measure impact by supporting strategic planning, forecasting and business reviews through data-driven recommendations.
