Proficient in hotel technologies such as OTAs, PMS, Channel Managers, GDS, CRS, and Extranets, you will ensure seamless integration and operational flow. Your expertise in advanced Excel and Google Sheets will support data management and performance tracking, enabling informed business insights. About You




- Develop and execute dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue across multiple regions and property categories.
- Manage daily rates, promotions, minimum stay restrictions, inventory availability, and channel performance.
- Prepare demand forecasts and monitor key metrics such as Occupancy, ADR, Rev PAR, booking pace, and channel mix.
- Analyze market trends, booking patterns, guest behavior, and competitive benchmarks to identify revenue opportunities.
- Manage property portfolio performance, recommend revenue enhancement initiatives, and support property launch strategies.
- Create performance reports and dashboards, providing actionable insights for business decisions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Acquisition, Account Management, and Tech teams to optimize revenue and operational efficiency.
