About Role
We are looking for a highly execution-oriented marketing leader to own offline growth across all markets. This role is responsible for building the company's offline growth engine and converting local execution excellence into sustainable market leadership.
The role is accountable for driving penetration in recent launch markets and increasing market share in mature markets through hyperlocal branding, BTL activations, and world-class field execution. You will lead city marketing teams, build scalable operating systems, and ensure every offline investment translates into measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Market Growth
- Drive penetration, awareness, and customer acquisition in newly launched markets.
- Increase market share and category leadership in mature markets.
- Build city-specific growth plans aligned to business objectives.
Offline Marketing & Activations
- Own hyperlocal branding including society branding, pole branding, transit media, kiosks, retail visibility, and local partnerships.
- Lead BTL activations, events, community programs,



and neighborhood-level engagement initiatives.
- Develop scalable launch and market expansion playbooks.
Field Operations & Team Leadership
- Manage city marketing leads across markets, each leading large field teams.
- Run daily operating reviews, stand-ups, target tracking, and performance management.
- Build a high-performance culture focused on execution excellence and accountability.
- Planning, Incentives & Measurement
Set city-level targets and operating plans.
- Design incentive structures for city teams and field staff.
- Establish measurement frameworks linking offline investments to growth outcomes.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure execution quality, visibility, and compliance.
Vendor & Cost Management
- Lead agency and vendor selection, contracting, and performance management.
- Optimize spend while improving execution quality and market coverage.
