Detect piracy signals (usageanomalies, license gaps,third-party intel, audits).
Identify, build and covert software piracy/non-compliance cases into revenue. This is a pipeline creation plus monetization role sitting between Data, Legal and partnership sales.
Build legally sound cases (evidence packs,usage analysis, customerhistory).
Quantify commercial impact (lost revenue, licensinggaps, penalty scenarios).
Drive case lifecycle: identification → validation → legal alignment → sales handover→closure.
Partner with Legal on enforcement strategyand communication templates.
Enable Sales/Partners to convert cases into commercial agreements (licenses, settlements, upselling).
Maintain clean tracking (case pipeline, conversion rates, revenue recovered).
Continuously refine detection logic and case creation playbooks.
