Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced skilled to oversee solid-state characterization, drive method development, and lead laboratory operations. Will ensure the highest standards of safety, data accuracy, and regulatory compliance (GLP) while mentoring a technical team.
Job Description:
- Experience on solid state characterization with different solid state characterization techniques like PXRD, Particle size, DSC, SEM etc.
- Experience on PXRD regular analysis and quantification studies for API and Formulations.
- Experience with thermal techniques like DSC, TGA, and DVS.
- Experience on PSD method development and microscopy analysis.
- Lead and mentor laboratory personnel to achieve project deliverables.
- Assist and maintain the safety aspects in the laboratory.
- Aware of GLP activities as per current guidelines.
Qualification & Experience:
M. Sc Chemistry with about 15+ years / Ph. D with about 10 years
