. Timeline trackin g: Maintain project schedules, track budget expenditures, and monitor resource tasks to ensure timely deliver
y Risk identificatio n: Help identify potential project risks and log mitigation actions across development phases
. Status reportin g: Gather program health data, monitor KPIs & program health metrics and draft performance updates for senior leadership review
. Workflow improvemen t: Apply tools & technique to improve efficiency and reduce workflow waste

Verify project documentation aligns with NPD Stage-Gate process and specified industry standards and regulatory checklists
. Customer orientation : Align with OEM client expectations, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction and follow up on client requests

Required educat ion: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Automobile, or Production Engineeri
ng. Preferred credenti als: PMP or equivalent project management certification highly preferr
ed. Industry experie nce: 8–10 years managing programs or projects within automotive OEMs or tier-1 supplie
rs. Proven track rec ord: Demonstrated success steering complex Recent Product Development (NPD) initiatives from concept to producti
on. Technical mast ery: Understanding of Stage-Gate process, Gate Reviews, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), APQP, PPAP, and DFMEA methodologi
