Manager – Government Tenders & Ge M Operations
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced skilled with expertise in Government Tender Management, Ge M Portal Operations, Rate Contracts, and Institutional Procurement within the Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, Diagnostics, or Healthcare industry.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing high-value government tenders, rate contracts, compliance requirements, and end-to-end tender operations while working with key government bodies, procurement agencies, Railways, Defense organizations, and State Medical Corporations.
Key Responsibilities
Tender & Ge M Management
•Manage end-to-end tendering activities including tender identification, bid preparation, documentation, submission, participation, and post-award execution.
•Handle Ge M Portal operations including product listings, vendor registrations,



catalog management, bid participation, reverse auctions, and order processing.
•Monitor government procurement portals and tender opportunities.
•Ensure compliance with Ge M guidelines, tender requirements, and statutory regulations.
Rate Contracts & Compliance
•Manage Central and State Government rate contracts, renewals, amendments, and regulatory documentation.
•Handle digital signatures, vendor registrations, certifications, EMDs, Security Deposits, and Bank Guarantees.
•Maintain audit-ready documentation and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Commercial & Operations
•Track EMDs, Security Deposits, Bank Guarantees, receivables, and payment recoveries.
•Coordinate with suppliers, distributors, logistics, regulatory, packaging, QA, and operations teams for smooth contract execution.
