We are looking for an Associate Director – Product Management to lead product strategy, execution, and business growth across our platforms. This role demands a robust blend of strategic thinking, business ownership, customer obsession, and people leadership to build, scale, and transform high-impact products.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Define and drive the long-term product/platform vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with organizational objectives and market opportunities
Own the complete product lifecycle—from ideation and prioritization to execution, launch, adoption, and business impact measurement
Drive product-led growth by owning key business metrics, revenue goals, and P&L; responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing product teams comprising Product Managers, UX Designers, and Analysts
Establish product management frameworks, operating models, governance mechanisms, and best practices across teams
Partner closely with Engineering, Design, GTM, Customer Success, Support, and Services teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer success




Champion customer-centric product development through deep customer understanding, market research, and data-driven decision making
Lead the development of new products (0→1) while driving scale and optimization of existing platforms (1→N)
Drive prioritization and trade-off decisions by balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
Continuously assess market trends, competitive landscape, emerging technologies, and industry shifts to identify new growth opportunities
Foster a culture of experimentation, innovation, and continuous improvement across the product organization
Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership by providing insights, recommendations, and product direction

What you would have:
10 – 12 years of product management experience, with significant experience in B2 B Saa S, Platform, Telecom, or CPaa S products.
