Role Description
We're hiring a Production Manager to own the shop floor at our Dadra manufacturing facility.



This is a focused, operational role with no administrative remit. You run the production. You own the output. You set the standard for how work gets done on the line.
You will hold full operational authority over the facility and report directly to the General Manager. We're looking for someone who has led floors before, knows how to read a team as well as a machine, and is ready to do more than maintain a process — to build one.
What You'll Own
End-to-end production operations for sheet metal air distribution products and HVAC controls
Operation and upkeep of the full fabrication line: guillotine shearing machines, press brakes, power presses, pneumatic riveting machines, power rollers, roll forming machines, and a powder coating plant with pretreatment and curing oven
Sheet metal dies and tooling management to protect production continuity and equipment longevity
