Performance Marketing Executive — Noida (On-site)

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketing Executive based at our Noida office (H-32, Sector 63). You will own paid acquisition across Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), and You Tube Ads — driving qualified leads, webinar registrations,



and customer sign-ups for MBG Card and partner brands. The role is hands-on inside ad accounts: building campaigns, launching tests, reading data daily, and scaling what works. You will work closely with the creative team on ad assets, the funnel team on landing pages, and the sales team on lead quality feedback loops.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook + Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax, Shopping), and You Tube Ads
Manage daily budgets, bid strategies, audience targeting (custom audiences, lookalikes, interest-based, in-market), and creative rotation
Build and maintain campaign architecture — ABO testing structures, CBO scaling campaigns, retargeting funnels, and lookalike scaling stacks
Monitor and report on key metrics: CTR, CPM, CPL, CPR, ROAS, frequency, audience saturation, and creative fatigue (14-day refresh windows)
Coordinate with the creative team to brief, test,
