About the Role:
As the Retention Marketing Manager , you will play a pivotal role in retention marketing initiatives. This role involves developing and executing multi-channel strategies,



managing marketing automation tools, and leading a team to ensure the success of campaigns. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of campaigns.
What Youll Do:
1. Lifecycle Journeys & Campaign Execution:
- Build and run lifecycle journeys across Email, SMS, RCS, Whats App using Mo Engage or Lead Squared
- Activate and nurture leads for paid course conversions (core focus)
- Drive free event and masterclass registrations and completions
- Drive conversion across key stages: Lead MQL Paid Course Application Payment
- Ensure seamless journeys across:
Registration Master Classes / Events
Lead Select Paid Course
Lead capture Demo Classes
Demo Conversion
Post-conversion Referral loops
2. CRM & Funnel Management:
- Manage CRM journeys and funnel visibility
- Identify and fix funnel drop-offs across stages
3. Segmentation, Testing & Optimization:
- Own segmentation & cohort analysis to improve tar
