Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Project Coordinator to manage end-to-end operational activities, including forecasting, inventory management, procurement, vendor coordination, stakeholder management, and delivery operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a quick-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and collaborating with global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Analyze training demand forecasts and support procurement planning
✅ Manage training and certification inventory, ensuring accurate utilization and tracking




✅ Coordinate procurement activities, including vendor evaluation, quotations, SOW creation, and Purchase Order management
✅ Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery
✅ Manage delivery trackers, dashboards, MIS reports, and SLA adherence
✅ Act as the primary point of contact for delivery-related queries and escalations
Required Skills
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✔ Experience in forecasting, procurement, inventory management, and operations
✔ Vendor and stakeholder management expertise
✔ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, reporting, and data analysis)
✔ Experience with Share Point and workflow management
✔ Excellent communication and coordination abilities
✔ Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines
✔ Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and from the Gurgaon office
