Job Purpose
To drive global marketing strategies and business growth for the company's pharmaceutical formulations portfolio across regulated, semi-regulated, and emerging markets. The role will be responsible for market intelligence, portfolio strategy, product lifecycle management, recent product planning, launch excellence, competitive analysis, and supporting business development initiatives across international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing & Portfolio Management
Develop and execute international marketing strategies for formulation products across all target markets.
Build and manage a profitable product portfolio aligned with regional market needs and business objectives.
Identify growth opportunities through market analysis, therapeutic category assessments, and customer insights.
Drive portfolio expansion through new product selection, gap analysis, and lifecycle management.




Evaluate product performance and recommend corrective actions to maximize revenue and profitability.
Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis
Monitor global pharmaceutical trends, regulatory changes, pricing dynamics, and competitor activities.
Conduct detailed market research to identify emerging opportunities and threats.
Generate actionable insights on therapeutic segments, market size, growth potential, and competitor positioning.
Prepare periodic business intelligence reports for leadership and cross-functional teams.
New Product Planning & Launch Management
Lead product selection and commercialization planning for international markets.
Collaborate with R&D;, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain etc for successful product launches.
Develop launch strategies, positioning, pricing recommendations, and promotional plans.
Track launch performance and implement optimization strategies.
