Google Ads Specialist – D2 C Growth | US & UK Markets
We are hiring a highly analytical and performance-driven Google Ads Specialist with strong experience managing D2 C campaigns for the US & UK markets.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who has successfully scaled international e Commerce campaigns, optimized ROAS, and managed high-budget performance marketing initiatives.
Role Overview
You will own end-to-end Google Ads strategy and execution across:
- Search Campaigns
- Shopping Campaigns
- Performance Max (PMax)
- Display Ads
- You Tube Ads
- Remarketing Campaigns
You'll manage international D2 C campaigns with monthly ad spends up to $50,000, driving customer acquisition and revenue growth across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and scale Google Ads campaigns across US, UK, and European markets
- Drive performance focused on ROAS, CAC, conversions, and revenue growth
- Manage Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, You Tube, and Remarketing campaigns
- Execute full-funnel PPC strategies for D2 C customer acquisition
- Perform audience targeting,



keyword strategy, and campaign optimization
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, bidding strategies, and landing pages
- Optimize conversion tracking using GA4, GTM, and Google Ads
- Collaborate with creative and CRO teams to improve conversion rates
- Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights
- Stay updated with Google Ads algorithm changes and new growth opportunities
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–7 years of hands-on Google Ads experience
- Robust experience handling D2 C/e Commerce campaigns
- Mandatory experience scaling campaigns in the US & UK markets
- Proven success managing high-budget international campaigns
- Strong expertise in:
- Google Ads
- GA4
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Google Search Console
- Google Keyword Planner
- Experience with conversion tracking and attribution setup
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Experience with Shopify-based brands is h
