Role Summary
We are hiring a Program/Project Manager to drive delivery of IT initiatives across areas such as asset lifecycle management, cloud migration, and infrastructure transitions. The role involves managing end-to-end project execution, working with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely and efficient delivery of programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project/program lifecycle from planning to closure
- Support delivery of IT transition initiatives including cloud and data center migration
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, infrastructure, operations, vendor)
- Track project timelines, milestones, and dependencies
- Manage risks, issues, and mitigation plan
- Drive regular reporting, dashboards, and stakeholder update
- Monitor budgets and support financial tracking (P&L;, cost control)
- Ensure alignment with delivery frameworks (Agile/Waterfall/ITIL where applicable)
- Maintain project documentation and governance standard




✅ Required Experience & Skills
- 8-10 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in project/program management
- Experience managing IT infrastructure, migration, or transition project
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a structured man
- Good understanding of project planning, tracking, and reporting
- Exposure to budgeting and cost tracking
