Role & responsibilities:
- Formulation & Review of existing Mortgage product Programs, Policies & enhancements to the program. Formulate regional /state policies for different regions/states for Secured Business product and its implementation
- Process Enhancements & consistent improvements to streamline existing processes on Logins, Disbursements, systems for enhanced TAT & customer experience.
- In - charge of implementing & improving CRM system for productive lead inflow tracking & monitoring
- Preparation of Regional and PAN India business performance decks & highlight Key Areas for Growth including Productivity and other revenue vectors & conduct monthly reviews with respective Regional Heads
- Preparation of Business Review decks & Senior Management presentations highlighting Business, Portfolio, Delinquencies & Key takeaways
- Competition Benchmarking with industry /bureau data analytics on expansion in new geographies, existing market dynamics, business potential etc on the existing LAP segment
- Profit & Loss Management of the product
