You're the data function for the lending vertical. Credit, Product, and Collections will all depend on you for visibility into what's actually happening with the portfolio and the funnel. If something's going wrong and nobody can see it, that's on you.
Responsibilitie
Build the real-time funnel dashboard — application to KYC to approved to disbursed,



with drop-off by stage and channel
Build approval rate monitoring by CIBIL band, borrower segment, and acquisition source
Build the cohort performance tracker — vintage curves, DPD roll rates, repayment behaviour by month of disbursement
Own portfolio MIS — AUM, disbursals, collections, NPA rate, the numbers leadership looks at every week
Track operational metrics: % applicants called, calls per agent, customer service resolution rates
Support Credit on EWS trigger analysis — help catch early delinquency signals before they become NPA
Be the data partner for Marketing on cohort identification and campaign targeting
Requirement
2–4 years of analytics experience in fintech, BFSI, or a data-heavy consumer business
Strong SQL — not just SELECT, but complex joins, window functions, performance-aware queries
Proficient with at least one BI tool (Metabase, Tableau, Superset, Looker)
Understand lending funnel
