*Role Overview*
This is not a typical assistant role—it’s a hands-on apprenticeship inside a professional kitchen.
As a Chef Instructor Assistant, you’ll work closely with senior chefs, assist in live classes, and develop both technical baking skills and teaching abilities from Day 1.
You’ll play a key role in shaping the learning experience of students while fast-tracking your own journey toward becoming a Lead Instructor within 2 years.
*Key Responsibilities*




Assist in Hands-On Training Sessions
* Support lead instructors in professional pastry programs (6-week, certification, and 5-month diploma)
* Prepare ingredients, tools, and demo setups before classes
* Guide students during practical sessions and ensure smooth execution
Learn Advanced Pastry Techniques
* Gain real-time exposure to techniques like lamination, chocolate tempering, artisan breads, and plated desserts
* Work alongside experienced chefs and continuously upgrade your skillset
* Understand not just “how” but also the “why” behind every technique
* Student Support & Mentorship
* Provide one-on-one guidance to students during classes
* Help beginners build confidence in the kitchen
* Act as an approachable mentor for doubts and troubleshooting
