SEO Executive will be responsible for implementing and managing search engine optimization strategies to enhance our online visibility and drive traffic to our website. The ideal candidate is passionate about SEO, possesses a strong understanding of search engine algorithms and stays updated on the latest industry trends.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct keyword research to identify relevant search terms and phrases. Optimize website content including landing pages, blog posts and product descriptions for targeted keywords.
- Develop and execute link building strategies to improve website authority and rankings. Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues affecting website performance. Monitor and analyse website traffic, rankings and conversion metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Collaborate with content creators,
developers and other team members to implement SEO best practices throughout the website.
- Stay informed about algorithm updates, industry changes and adapt SEO strategies accordingly.
- Provide regular reporting and insights on SEO performance to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in SEO, preferably in an agency or corporate setting. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs or similar platforms.
- Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Robust analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Certifications such as Google Analytics or Google Ads are a plus.
