To manage supplies from a plant to EU and US market (including Canada) as per market demand. To ensure delivery of all Make to Order business to meet quarterly sales targets. Ensuring delivery to the market and managing stock situation in all SKUs to avoid any critical stock situation.
1. Maintaining End-to-end Inventory - Responsibility RM / PM / SFG & Support for FG inventory - As per guidelines
2. Plan & Execute Product supply strategy to explicit demand backlog from the plant
3. Ensure average output of defined units per month for the year
4. Customer Service
5. Ensuring timely dispatches of Third Party orders and maintain Backorders to specified limit
6. Ensuring supplies to the market as per the demand requirement - coordinating dispatches from all units as per market requirement

Demand Supply alignment
8. Finalising manufacturing plan as per capacity and requirement
9. Prepare details for Demand / Supply meeting with DP team for alignment of the same. Tracking Critical product delivery for the specified market
10. Prepare critical product list
11. Prepare and circulate regular updates to cross functional teams - Tracking batch wise details of Critical products
Experience:
- 20+ Years in Manufacturing Planning, SCM, Demand Planning and Supply Planning
- Graduation - Post Graduate / B. Sc/ M. Sc./B. Pharm/ M. Pharm
