Experience -Minimum of 5-9 years of qualified experience in 3 D design, with a focus on POSM design
Skills: Proficiency in 3 D design software (e.g., 3ds Max, Blender,) and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong visual and conceptual skills with attention to detail.
Salary – UPTO 9 LPA, Depends on experience
Industry –Only Retail Experience is preferred
Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled 3 D Designer with a strong background in POSM
design and material knowledge. The ideal candidate will be capable of handling briefs
independently and delivering high-quality 3 D designs that meet client specifications. The role
involves working with clients from FMCG, liquor & beverages, and cosmetics industries, so
prior experience in these sectors is highly desirable. A background in Fine Arts is preferred
to bring a refined artistic touch to the design process.
Key Responsibilities:
● Design Development: Create detailed and visually compelling 3 D designs for
POSM that align with client briefs and project requirements.




● Material Knowledge: Utilize in-depth knowledge of materials to select appropriate
options for design execution, ensuring durability and visual appeal.
● Client Interaction: Manage client briefs independently, including gathering
requirements, providing design solutions, and incorporating feedback.
● Project Management: Oversee the entire design process from concept through to
final execution, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
● Collaboration: Work closely with other designers, production teams, and
stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective design solutions.
● Industry Expertise: Apply experience and insights from working with FMCG, liquor
& beverages, and cosmetics clients to create relevant and impactful designs.
Qualifications:
● Experience: Minimum of 5-9 years of professional experience in 3 D design, with a
focus on POSM design.
