About the Role
Ensure accurate reconciliation of Bill of Lading (BOL) with ATG data, resolve transaction discrepancies, and support process improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen internal controls, documentation, and overall operational accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Perform reconciliation of Bill of Lading (BOL) with Automatic Tank Gauge (ATG) data, identifying and analyzing variances within the accounting system
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve transaction-related discrepancies and inquiries in a timely manner
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate corrections and drive resolution of identified issues
Analyze root causes of discrepancies and communicate findings to support continuous process improvement




Assist in enhancing processes, maintaining documentation, and strengthening internal controls to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency

Qualifications
Solid analytical and reconciliation skills with advanced Excel experience.
4+ years of Experience in Financial Services
Hands on experience on General Ledger (GL) , Journal Entries , Month End closing, Accruals & Provision
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
Experience with Fuel accounting operations and Inventory reconciliation is a plus.
