: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented professional to drive New Product Development (NPD ) in the perfume category and lead sensory innovation across our beauty portfolio. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in fragrance testing, scent evaluation, and developing signature fragrance profiles that enhance consumer experience
. Key Responsibilities
: Lead new product developmen t for the perfume category,



from concept to launch
. Design and refine signature fragrance and sensory profiles for beauty products
. Conduct fragrance testing, sensory evaluations, and consumer trials
. Collaborate with R&D;, product development, and marketing teams to create differentiated scent experiences
. Track fragrance trends and identify opportunities for innovation
. Requirements
: Minimum 2 years of experienc e in fragrance testing, sensory evaluation, or fragrance development
. Strong understanding of fragrance notes, accords, and perfume creation
. Experience in beauty, personal care, cosmetics, or fragrance industries
. Passion for innovation and creating memorable sensory experiences
