We are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused marketer who can drive growth initiatives from planning to launch. This role will be responsible for ensuring that campaigns, activations, engagement programs and partnership initiatives are executed with speed, quality and operational excellence. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, coordinating across teams and ensuring that business priorities translate into flawless execution.
Job Responsibilities:
Execute growth, engagement and conversion campaigns across digital, offline, school and partnership channels
Own day-to-day campaign operations, marketing calendars and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely execution
Manage communication requirements and stakeholder alignment across Product, Content, Design, Sales and Operations teams
Drive execution of school initiatives, offline activations, partnerships and other on-ground marketing programs
Lead user engagement, activation,
referral and retention initiatives to improve consumer outcomes
Track campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities and drive continuous improvement through data-backed insights
Execute seasonal campaigns, product launches and other high-priority business initiative
What we are looking for
4–5 years of experience in growth marketing, consumer marketing, category management or related roles
Robust project management and stakeholder management capabilities
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality
High ownership mindset with a solid bias for action
Excellent coordination and communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous and evolving environment
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
Someone who enjoys building processes, bringing structure and making things happen.
